Once completed the ITC course, you can coach a group of players as the lead coach in grassroots football. The Playmaker allows you to assist. The ITC course is just that, an introduction. After this, if you wanted to advance your coaching you would do the next course, level 2 etc. I'm not really sure what you are asking or what your goal/ambition is? What opportunities you are looking for? On my recent ITC course, most were delegates were similar to me, coaching their child's team or taking on a youth/adult grassroots team.
