One of the most valuable tools/things that we can give children is letting them express themselves with the ball. The increase of confidence, the will to do new things and experiment and then practising that on a field and being succesful in a game/training gives thema massive boost which will instantly up their performance. As a coach when you see that is a real joy!

Hi Michael, thanks for contributing to the DNA insights podcast episode 1 discussion. You have made some really valuable points. Please may I ask that you post this in the discussion thread for episode 1 (https://community.thefa.com/coaching/podcasts/f/podcast-forum/264/dna-insights-podcast-episode-1) so that you’re thoughts don’t get missed? I am sure others would love to continue the conversation with you! Thanks in advance!
