I had to register for the webinar using the link within the email on 3rd July (www.bigmarker.com/.../I2CF-Week-1-6ad7d133da3eafd153b621ca) then copy and paste the FAN number which was in the email dated 30th June. Hope this helps!

Hi all, I couldn't make the webinar but I've watched it back. How do we access the modules that we need to complete for this week?

Ive had to email them as I completed the introduction to coaching but is stuck on 0% so unable to progress but so far no response.

Hi Stephen, I went to courses and then in the drop down to the right I clicked on learning dashboard, that took me through to the course curriculum where I could access the content. Good luck!
