I don’t know if it’s been solved, but whilst I was having the same issue I appear to be able to access it now. From recent research it looks to be that you need to wait a couple of hours from completing the previous learning before you can access the next part.

it worked for me after a couple days but when i’m on the disability one it cuts me off
