Question

I have just watched back the second week webinar and in it is a reference to access some a library of training drills and the host said he posted a link into the chat. I can't access the chat from the recording, does anyone have a copy of the URL?

Training materials are resources and tools used to support the learning process. They can include slides, handouts, manuals, e-learning modules, videos, and assessments.

Examples of employee training content include presentation courses, slope unblocked test learning, quick reference guides, check-off list, training videos, e-books or a hybrid of content.The principles of training can be remembered using the mnemonic 'SPORT': Specificity, Progressive Overload, Reversibility and Tedium. Specificity: making training specific to the sport or activity being played or performed, to the movements, muscles and energy systems which are used in that sport or activity.
